In version 1.3.10, weβre excited to roll out a powerful new permissions feature that allows Jira admins to control which user roles can interact with the Tick app. Permissions can be configured in two modes:
Basic Mode: A quick and simple setup. Admins can grant visibility to the Tick features (checklists and templates). If a user can view it, they can interact with it. If not, the features are completely hidden and inaccessible.
Advanced Mode: Offers granular, enterprise-grade control over actions. By default, no permissions are granted in this mode until explicitly configured.

Tick permissions apply to two separate modules: Checklists and Templates.

Also in v1.3.10, optional tasks are now supported in team-managed projects!
Previously available only in company-managed projects, this update brings greater flexibility and better alignment with how teams manage their work.
